We start in Dumaguete and take the loop of southern Dumaguete counter clockwise.

A climb the first day brings us into a nice valley, where we pass Mabini,
the caying capital in the Philippines.

Sipalay, in western Negros is a great diving spot.

From there we cycle our way back to Dumaguete, via Bayawan along the Sea.
